2. Description of Service

GoalTrack is a free goal tracking application that allows users to create, manage, and track personal and professional goals. The Service includes features such as goal creation, task management, AI-powered goal suggestions, collaboration tools, and progress tracking.

3. User Accounts

When using GoalTrack, you agree to:

• Provide accurate information through your Google account
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Accept responsibility for all activity under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its systems
• Upload harmful, offensive, or inappropriate content
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure
• Use automated tools to scrape or collect data from the Service
• Impersonate another person or misrepresent your identity

5. User Content

You retain ownership of all goals, tasks, and other content you create on GoalTrack. By making content public or sharing it with collaborators, you grant other users permission to view that content. You are solely responsible for the content you create and share.

6. AI-Generated Content

GoalTrack offers AI-powered goal suggestions. These suggestions are generated by third-party AI providers and are intended as guidance only. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of AI-generated content. You are responsible for reviewing and modifying any AI-generated goals before adopting them.

7. Community Goals

Goals marked as "public" are visible to other GoalTrack users through the Community Goals feature. By making a goal public, you consent to it being viewed, cloned, and used as inspiration by other users. You can change a goal's visibility at any time.

8. Service Availability

We strive to keep GoalTrack available at all times, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time.

9. Limitation of Liability

GoalTrack is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or business interruption.

10. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms of Service. You may also delete your account at any time. Upon termination, your data will be permanently deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. We will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page when changes are made.
